Medboat Africa Limited is a health-tech startup based in Abuja. We have been building since February 2026, and we are launching two platforms to solve three problems holding African healthcare back: out-of-pocket spending, medical brain drain, and rejected insurance claims.
Our answer: Ultra cuts what patients spend out of pocket and gives health workers reasons to build their careers at home. Cabon helps hospitals recover and protect the claims revenue that keeps them running. Together they build a more affordable, more sustainable system for everyone.
